Pink cocktails are fun to make, fun to drink, and perfect for sharing with your loved one(s)! Whether you are looking for romantic cocktails for Valentine’s Day or you are celebrating an anniversary, or it’s a cozy date night, these cocktails will make it a festive occasion!
There is something about perfectly pink cocktails, full of fruit flavors, a little sweet and a little sour, maybe fizzy and maybe not, which are so appropriate for romantic occasions like Valentine’s Day! Something perhaps…passionate about them.
Romantic Cocktails for Valentine’s Day
Whether you are interested in sipping a cocktail before dinner over appetizers, enjoying them through the night, or having a fun drink with dessert, I have a variety of tasty drinks here for you to try. Some of my romantic cocktails for Valentine’s Day are more refined, like the Blushing Lemon Drop Martini, while others are more relaxed (sangria, anyone?), but all are delicious!
If none of these are quite right for your evening, visit my Cocktail Archive where you’ll see a number of other tasty drinks, many of them even pink.
1 – Blushing Meyer Lemon Drop Martini
This lemon drop martini is both refined and simple to make. Chambord provides the blush and Meyer lemons give the drink a complex, floral flavor. And, even though the lemon twist is bit fussy, it is totally worth it since you will feel quite fancy as you sip your drink.
2 – Romantic Sparkling Rose Sangria
Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to get your pink on and buy rose wine and rose sparkling wine and then add blood oranges, pink grapefruits, raspberries, and cara cara oranges to the mix. You can’t get more pink than this!
It’s also seriously fun to drink, great with all sorts of Spanish Tapas, and sparkly (bonus!). Just make sure to get it started the day before so the fruit has time to flavor the wine.
3 – Fresh Raspberry Orange Margarita
A quick raspberry syrup, the juice of a lime and an orange, and some tequila will have you sipping this sweet and sour margarita in no time! Pink, fruity, fast, and fun. Use Cara Cara oranges to make especially pretty garnishes!
4 – Blood Orange Moscow Mule
This may be the most manly drink on my list here (though all have been tasted and approved by my husband!). The deep color, muddled lime and mint, ginger beer, and a splash of pomegranate juice, all come together to make a satisfying cocktail.
5 – Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Martini
We go from the most manly to the most girly! This martini is definitely on the sweet side with its combination of strawberry syrup and clear creme de cacao. Save this pink cocktail for dessert! Maybe with chocolate covered strawberries…
6 – Strawberry Ginger Caipirinha
Cachaca is a Brazilian liquor similar to rum and one you find right near that rum in your larger liquor stores here in the US. Once you have some cachaca, you need to make a caipirinha, the national drink of Brazil. (All those Brazilians know what they are talking about!)
For this variation, make the same strawberry syrup you need for the chocolate strawberry martini above and add a splash of ginger beer for a lovely pink and fizzy caipirinha perfect as a romantic cocktail for Valentine’s Day.

All these cocktails look SO good! And perfect for Valentine’s Day! I’m not sure which one to try first. Maybe the sangria with all that nice fruit. Thanks for sharing!
