For my second roundup of the week, I have a great collection of side and main dishes which use a wide variety of different fruits and vegetables!     What a lovely collection of recipes… I used to spend a small fortune in farmers markets when I lived in the UK… Fortunately now I have moved to Hungary my produce largely comes from my garden or the gardens of our neighbours 😀
