All of the ice cream and hardly any of the work! Sound too good to be true? Happily, it’s not. This is a week for no churn ice cream and ice cream sauces around here and I’m finishing off the week with a roundup of no churn ice cream recipes! I have for you 10 different takes on easy, no-fuss, no-churn ice cream. Summer, here we come!
Hello from sunny Florida! We are taking our annual trip to visit my parents, and their pool, but that doesn’t mean I’ve been neglecting you! In fact, you’ve been getting all sorts of summer treats this week to celebrate warm and sunny vacation days.
On Sunday I posted a No-Churn Ricotta Ice Cream as a frozen take on cannolis, because you can never have enough versions of the cannolis around. So easy! So good! So going to be a regular summer treat around these parts! I really loved that such a simple recipe still tasted like ice cream, really tasty ice cream even. Bonus!
And then, on Tuesday, I posted a recipe for Fresh Strawberry Sauce, which I flavored with black pepper and red wine. (Don’t knock it until you try it.) Just as easy and as good! And the sauce is a really excellent way to enjoy fresh strawberries!
Today, to continue the theme, I have a fabulous roundup from other food bloggers who have made some no churn ice cream recipes which I think you will love! How can you go wrong with an easy and tasty frozen treat? You can’t! Once you try no-churn, I know you’ll want to try other flavors too. 🙂
I have a boozy ice cream, caramel ice creams, a chocolate peanut butter ice cream (which is also dairy free!), and some really interesting flavor combinations – lavender honey, key lime pie, pineapple upside down cake, and more.
So, pull out your bowls, maybe your mixer, a few ingredients and get making ice cream. Summer is just around the corner, but you’ll be ready with all sorts of quick and easy ice cream recipes.

What a fabulous list! This is going to keep me busy this summer as I have promised my lil boy with different ice creams every week 🙂 Thanks a lot, Annemarie for including my recipe.
