2avocados
1/4cupsour cream
3-4tbsplime juice
1/2tspcumin
1/4tspchipotle powder
kosher salt,to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the food processor.
Puree until smooth, about 1 minute.
Taste and add more lime juice or salt as needed.
Serve with tortilla chips, over tacos, or as a sauce for grilled meats.
Notes
Other Spices: A few drops of sriracha makes a nice substitute for the chipotle powder. Or, if you have some adobo sauce on hand, that will also work to give it that little kick it needs.
Storage: This recipe doesn't keep well. It is best shortly before serving.
