1tspvanilla extract
2tbspgranulated sugar
1/2tspkosher salt
1/2tspground cinnamon
1/4tspground allspice
1/4tspground cayenne
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spread out pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 6 minutes.
While the pecans are toasting, combine the butter, maple syrup, and vanilla in a large skillet and melt the butter over medium heat. And while butter is melting and pecans are toasting, you can also mix the sugar, salt, cinnamon, allspice, and cayenne in a large bowl.
Once the pecans are toasted, add them to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly until the pecans have absorbed the butter mixture and are lightly glazed, about 2 minutes.
Quickly pour the pecans into the bowl with the spices and toss it all together until the pecans are fully coated. Spread them out onto a baking sheet to cool and dry.
