In a medium sauce pan on medium-high heat, bring the cider just to a simmer. Shut off burner, add the cinnamon and allspice, cover and let steep for 15 minutes.
Stir in the bourbon and the butterscotch sauce.
Divide the drink into two glasses. Garnish each with a cinnamon stick.
Notes
Try not to let the cider boil since it tends to separate if it boils for too long.
