To all our readers from the US, we wish you a happy and healthy Thanksgiving full of food and family! We’re here with my parents and brother while we get everything ready. Soon the house will be full of all the relatives enjoying shrimp cocktail and baked brie before we move onto the main course with sausage stuffing, roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, all sorts of other yummy food. And, then the desserts! Apple pie (of course – as seen below with my pie crust), chocolate mousse pie, and pumpkin cheesecake. Yum! See you next week with all new recipes. I have some great one pot dinners, tasty sides, comfort food, along with some sweet treats. And Christmas is coming…
