The first month of 2016 has come and gone! In addition to making many different great recipes, I have been learning Facebook and Twitter while continuing to engage on Pinterest. All good things. I also got a new dishwasher since the old one died. Not so good; however, I do like my new dishwasher. 🙂 But which recipes has everyone been visiting this month? Here’s a little round-up post!
Far and away, my most popular post of January was my Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Bars. I understand why. You can go wrong with any easy bar cookie and gooey chocolate.
Next up is my Slow Cooker Potato Leek Soup. Yum! Definitely the time for comfort food.
In third place, are the Spinach Feta Fillo Triangles. Tender, flaky fillo and a yummy spinach filling. This was a fun recipe to make. 🙂
Fourth, we have my Beer Braised Pulled Chicken Tacos. No surprise there! Yummy tacos are always good.
And, for an honorable mention, in fifth place are the Spiced Dry Roasted Chickpeas. A healthy and tasty snack for the new year!
And there you have it! All my most popular recipes for January!

I’m glad you stopped by too! I’ll warn you though – the chickpeas can be addictive. 🙂
