Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 medium cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 3 lb chicken wings

Instructions

  • In a large resealable bag or a baking dish big enough for the wings, mix together all the marinade ingredients. Add the wings and toss to coat them well. Marinate for at least 3 hours up to one day.
  • Heat your grill. Once the grill is hot, reduce the heat to medium.
  • Before grilling wipe off excess marinade, then add the wings, flat side down, and grill covered for 7-8 minutes, or until the wings are browned and marked on that side.
  • Turn them and grill for another 7-8 minutes. The wings should be well browned and crispy and the meat fully cooked through when you take them off.

Notes

I used whole wings in the recipe, but wing portions will work too.
