  • 3 medium tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch dice
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced basil
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • kosher salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. Taste and add more salt and pepper as needed.
